Up front payment:
16% of total guaranteed salary package – invoiced on day 1 of your new employee starting
Pay over 3 months:
Day 1 – Invoice 6% of total guaranteed salary package
1 month past start date – Invoice 6% of total guaranteed salary package
2 months past start date - Invoice 6% of total guaranteed salary package
Executive Search
18% of the total guaranteed remuneration package (Salary, Super and any guaranteed benefits or bonus)
