Medium Term: (3 months - 12 months)

• For medium term projects, cover a skills gap during an extended leave period eg: Maternity leave   

• Can lead to a permanent placement if required  

• 14-day payment terms   

Long term: (>12 months)  

Notice period: 4 weeks – 12 months termination  

• Discount on medium term fee  

• Discount for longer early termination notice period  • Long term engagement to reduce risk  

• Cost can include an online learning benefit and technical certification components for Consultants so they can evolve with your changing technical landscape  

• Payroll can include a certification and learning component for Consultants if you have a changing technical landscape   

• Hire a consultant with a specialised skill set for long term projects without the need to change consultants and lose IP    

• Can lead to a permanent placement if required – with a fee attached
