FLEXIBLE AND COMPETITIVE PRICING 

We provide two pricing models for permanent recruitment. 

Up front payment: 

15% of total guaranteed salary package – invoiced on day 1 of your new employee starting. 

Pay over 3 months: 

Day 1 – Invoice 5% of total guaranteed salary package 

1 month past start date – Invoice 5% of total guaranteed salary package 

2 months past start date - Invoice 7% of total guaranteed salary package 

EXECUTIVE SEARCH SERVICES 

15% of the total guaranteed remuneration package (Salary, Super and any guaranteed benefits or bonus). We use the same high-quality process for finding all of our people in our executive search services, so we don't believe in charging significant rates like some of our competitors, and we guarantee the same result!
