Senior Consultant - Fully Remote (Australia)


Help Organisations build better teams!

Your role is to understand the client's objectives, provide commercial advice and deliver the right people solution for their needs.


You'll own the entire client journey—from developing new business and consulting with clients through to sourcing talent, managing recruitment processes and providing ongoing post-placement support.


 Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with organisations to understand their workforce strategy, hiring plans and project delivery objectives. 
  • Consult with clients on workforce planning, resource allocation and talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Recommend appropriate workforce solutions including Staff Augmentation, Permanent Recruitment and Offshore IT Teams. 
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring advice. 
  • Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and relationship building. 
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and secure new partnerships. 
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying additional workforce opportunities. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and contract opportunities. 
  • Conduct post-placement reviews and ensure successful onboarding. 
  • Generate repeat business through exceptional service delivery. 
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and client activity within CRM. 
  • Deliver against agreed commercial objectives while maintaining exceptional service standards.
